NEW THIS YEAR (Only applicable if this is a child's registration): Bring your child age 13-18 with you - 50% off the current registration fee for each child.   TERMS: Child must attend with a registered parent, and be under their direct supervision at all times. Content will be geared for adults. It is the parent's responsibility to determine if the child is mature enough to participate in the weekend. If this is a child's registration, please list the name of parent attending with in blank below. If this is an adult registration, skip this section.
 
 
Cancellation Policy: Canceled registrations are refundable (less a $20 processing fee) up to December 18, 2024. No refunds can be given after December 18, 2024. After that date, registrations (less a $20 processing fee) can be used by you or another person as a credit for any Advance within one year of this Advance. You may also substitute someone else for this Advance only without penalty. After February 25, 2026 any remaining credit will be forfeited. Registrants must notify our office of non-attendance or of replacements before the Advance or at check-in in order to receive a credit.
Discount Policy: Discounts available: Child attending with parent discount. Only one discount is applicable per registration. 
Event Attendance Policy: An attendee may be asked to leave the event for causing a continuous disruption at event after being asked to stop, or causing a continuous disruption to group attending with; At the request of CLM for any purpose deemed necessary for safety or any other reason pertaining to event or at venue’s request.
