Fill in the form below FOR THE COUPLE BEING REGISTERED. A separate form must be filled out and submitted for each couple being registered. When you are finished filling in the form, click on the SUBMIT FORM button at the end of the form.

PREVIOUS YEARS CREDITS: If you have a credit from a previous Prayer Advance you wish to use, you must either call our office to register or mail in your registration.

Discounts:
If you are a senior pastor and registering at least three other couples besides yourself, you can come for free.
If you are registering at least three first time couples, you can come for free.
(One discount per group only. In order to receive these discounts, you must mail all completed registration forms and payment in one envelope - NO EXCEPTIONS)

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled registrations are refundable (less a $20 processing fee) through September 1, 2025. After that date, cancelled registrations (less a $20 processing fee) can be used by you or another person as a credit for any Advance within one year of this Advance. You may also substitute another couple for this Advance without any penalty. After October 30, 2026 any remaining credit will be forfeited. You must call our office to notify us of any cancellation or substitution before the Advance to be eligible for a credit.

Event Attendance Policy: An attendee will be asked to leave the event for causing a disruption at event after being asked to stop or causing a continuous disruption to group attending with; At the request of CLM for any purpose deemed necessary for safety or any other reason pertaining to event or at venue’s request. This event is only to be attended by a married couple (see our beliefs page) as Scripture defines marriage (one man and one woman) and in accordance with our beliefs (see our beliefs page).
